If the notifications on your device are not working as expected, first make sure you have whatever notifications you're expecting set up properly: Notifications on your Apple Watch
Once you've confirmed that, restart the device and make sure it's up to date.
If the notifications still aren't working after that, you'll want to reset and re-pair the watch.
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch
