I can not receive doctors offices, car dealerships etc
I can receive all calls on my 11 pro max just some callers

If you aren't receiving calls from businesses, you may have Silence Unknown Callers enabled. This feature blocks phone numbers that you've never been in contact with and don’t have saved in your contacts list. The "Turn on Silence Unknown Callers" section of Detect and block spam phone calls explains in detail.
- Check to see if it is enabled, and disable it if you prefer, at Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
