Apple Pay Disabled for "Security Reasons"?
I am trying to use ApplePay with various cards, and it is declining them all. Why am I locked out? Even better question, how to get it back active?

This happened to me a few times. In that time, the iPhone would prompt me to enter the password for AppleID. It usually happens when lost mode is activated on findMy (It suspends all the cards on wallet).
If this doesn’t help try seeing Apple Pay security and privacy overview. This will give you lot of info on what might me the issue.
