App usage history missing after Apple Watch Update 10.0.1

With the new Apple Watch update 10.0.1, I can't find my recent app usage history. I used to be able to push the side button and it would come up with my most recent (and most used) apps. i.e., steps, ECG, weather, etc. Now I have to find the app every time. Is there anywhere that shows that history?

Also, scrolling with the crown is annoying.
