Asslamualaikum, My Boss gifted him a used iphone 5 with IOS1. The Apple id and password of the said phon are not known. What should i do right now. Please help us to make the phone usable.

When you say that "The Apple ID and password of the said phon are not known", is that a way of telling us that the phone is Activation Locked – and refuses to let you set it up again unless you know those credentials?

If that phone is Activation Locked, and nobody knows the Apple ID and Apple ID password, then what you have is a paperweight; a brick.

We cannot help you remove the Activation Lock. Apple will not remove it for you. There is a procedure for resetting Apple ID passwords, but obviously your boss cannot use that if your boss does not know his/her own Apple ID.
