Artwork in Music linked to the wrong songs

Say, in Music (Macbook) Song A has artwork 1, Song B has artwork 2 etc.

On my new iPhone Song A would have artwork 2 and Song B would have artwork 1.

This happened last year after upgrading and first syncing my iPhone 14 PRO and it has happened just now again after syncing the 15 PRO for the first time.

Last year I read I had to delete all my music - which I did, and it indeed helped.

Big down part: I had lost ALL my playlists - I do not recommend this, don't do it.

Earlier I checked this forums for more helpful tips, none however worked for me.

Now, I finally managed to fix it, by just syncing the iPhone in Finder and TURN OFF syncing music

Finder > iPhone > Music > turn sync music OFF -> this will remove ALL music from your iPhone, but will not erase playlists etc. because they will still exist, just not on the iPhone.

Then simply turn it back on.. wait a while till all your music is back on your phone. They should now once again show the correct artworks.
