how to delete files from icloud

My storage is full as i did a backup. I need to delete the backup only.

On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups > [device name] > Delete Backup.

You cannot delete an iOS backup from Windows. You need to delete it from an iPhone or iPad, by going in to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ iCloud ➜ Manage Account Storage ➜ Backups ➜ Select the Backup ➜ Delete Backup.
