How to recover my contacts and photos from my other phones

Unbeknown to me installing iOS 17 on my iPhone and iPad changed how my contacts are stored. I no longer have any of their addresses. It was completely deleted. Fortunately I have an older Excel spreadsheet that I created from my iPhone about two years ago but I am waiting for my computer to be repaired after Microsoft screwed us by Installing this new program copilot. This, of course, is a rhetorical question why the **** don’t these programmers at Apple and Microsoft actually use these beta programs before they upload them to our computers and iPhones or at least tell us in advance what they are going to mess up! I don’t need an answer to this, unless any of you know How to bring back all the addresses for my contacts. I just have to. Sound off! 😈

Contacts are not saved native to the iPhone. They are stored in whatever cloud or email service that you use. Make sure that you are signed into whatever accounts you were signed into before and make sure that Contacts are turned on for those accounts.
