Placing light wet cloth on iPhone

Can I place lightly wet cloth behind my iPhone 14 while charging, it’s getting hot while charging and I’m afraid about it

“Wet” and “iPhone” are absolutely incompatible.

wireless charging creates structural deficiencies Apple should abandon their claim to wireless charging. The phone gets so hot that it melts the seal between the screen and case. The screen actually can separate if dropped when recently on the charger. I'm sure there must be larger safety issues (such as burning your house down), but the fact that it wrecks the product and renders it no longer water resistant needs to be addressed. Has anyone else found a solution which reduces the temperature while charging? Do not pry the screen from housing with fingernail after recent charge and certainly do not drop it.

iPhone MagSafe charger getting very hot while not attached to phone. Has anyone experienced a MagSafe iPhone charger that gets very hot even when a phone isn’t connected? Mine sat all day, went to place a phone on it and immediately dropped it it was so hot. The soft part of the puck was puffed up too and now the phone doesn’t sit flush. Genuine apple brick too.
