School Email Not Loading in Mail app - Likely Due to Required Authentication Process?
I work for a school system that recently implemented a multi-step authentication process for email. Just this week, my school email will not load at all in my Mail app on my phone or on my computer.
My personal Gmail loads just fine. I've tried everything for my school email, from a software update, to deleting my email account, to changing wifi connections, but nothing works.
I have reason to believe that this is likely due to the fact that the Apple Mail app does not require any kind of authenticator to access... There are MANY school employees across our school system with the same issue-- some are even Android users trying to access their school email from the Android Mail app.
I'm in need of some serious IT support to solve this issue for not just me, but many teachers/employees across my county! Please help!
