It's Microsoft who develops the Microsoft Outlook app for the iPhone. And it's Microsoft who decided that the current version of the app would require iOS 16.0 or later. You may "need" the app – and tell us that you "don't have money to buy anather [sic] iPhone," – but that won't change the fact that the app requires an iOS version that cannot run, and will never run, on your iPhone 7 Plus.

If you don't have money for a newer phone, you'll need to do without this app on your phone, and look for other ways to access your e-mail and calendars.

You could provide feedback to Microsoft. Realistically, that is not likely to convince them to release a version of that app that will run on the iPhone 7 Plus.

Why? iOS 16 is not compatible with the iPhone 7 Plus. Look on the compatibility list – and you will find that the iPhone 7 Plus is not on it.

You can’t upgrade your iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 17. You won’t be able to upgrade it to iOS 18, 19, or 20 after they come out, either.

This is not possible. iPhone 7 Plus cannot run iOS 16 or iOS 17.

No iOS 16 or 17 upgrade for the iPhone 7. You can only update it as far as the latest release of iOS 15.
