Hi I would like to check if it is an IOS issue or something. This happens when im watching videos and when there’s flashing lights, the screen dim to black and screen comes up again. Anyone can help?

No. the sudden dimming is caused when watching videos with flickering lights. it will dim the screen and show up again the screen. like burn in
