Unwanted Contact glommed on to Work Contact

I have a contact that I did not add to my iphone contacts, attach itself to a work contact so anytime I type in the business contact the other contact adds itself to the To: . I have deleted the work contact and it still happens when I type in his email. I deleted every email with the Bad Contacts name. When I search for his contact information, its not in contacts... it just says its in the app....What app? How do I get rid of this, and make sure its not riding on other contacts or phishing in my other emails? This only happens on my iphone not desktop.
