My free one month Linkedin membership expires today, just needed to know if i needed to keep the premium subscription active , how do i proceed

If you purchased the subscription through Apple, the subscription will auto renew until you cancel it as mentioned in the resource If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
This resource will also show you the steps to see if it was purchased through Apple.
If it is billed through LinkedIn directly you can manage the subscription at their website: Welcome to LinkedIn Premium
