Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I have been paying Apple for iCloud storage for several years but have always been charged VAT. It's not a large amount but I live in the Bailiwick of Guernsey which has not VAT. How can I reclaim this historical overcharging?

Thank you Idris, that's most helpful. I asked the question because Apple make it so hard to ask a simple question and it has taken many more clicks to find out how to do this without risking the loss of the service!

While we all recognise the complexities any online company faces collecting taxes across multiple jurisdictions … IMO that’s just the “cost of doing business.”
I’ve of late discovered several sizeable and recognizable online merchants “over-collecting” sales tax which they do NOT owe to any taxing authority.
They’ve all readily returned the monies once the error has been “pointed-out” to them; I’m confident that Apple will do the same … once you “drill down” to the right individual.

You'd need to contact Apple directly. I'd start with the "Support" link at the bottom left of every page of these forums.
