SEED - Your registration isn't complete.

Hello,


I am authorized and should be able to access SEEDS (https://seedsales.apple.com/). However, every time I go to the website it has a countdown time.



Then provided the following message.


Your registration isn't complete. To register or learn more, contact your manager or Apple. If you just registered for SEED, tap Try Again.



I'm updated to the latest version of macOS on a Mac Mini. Additionally, I get the same message when trying to access it through my iPhone (iPhone 12 Pro on iOS Version 17.03 - current latest version). Please advise.
