Can 2 phones receive calls simultaneously?

My husband and I have a small business and we would both like to be able to answer incoming calls from the business number . Wondering if I can get 2 phones to ring simultaneously- I know that call forwarding will divert calls from the business number to one phone , but is there a way that business phone still rings if I divert the calls to my number?
