Is there a way to forward 2nd line calls on my iPhone SE?

If I set up a 2nd line on my iPhone SE, I need to be able to forward those 2nd line calls to my office phone at work if I am unavailable on my cell phone. Is there a way to do that WITHOUT involving the primary/default line? thanks in advance.
