I didnt' receive the box to ship my computer back with
I ordered a macbox pro and received it, but i never received the box to send back my trade in.

Wait for the box, or Call Apple:
It may take a few days to receive the snd-in box. But, if you want to know where this all stands, coat Apple Support. Let them know that you have not revel it yet. Important: There will be instructions of what to do before sending it in. So, be certain you request a copt of that form.
