The Voice Memo app does not come with a feature to revert an edit. You can only retrieve deleted recordings Edit or delete a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone.

If you are not using iCloud for Voice Memos, and have a backup of your iPhone, you can erase your iPhone and restore a backup from before this memo was edited. In doing this, you lose any data on your iPhone between now and the backup date. For more information on how to do this, see:
