Hi,
I recently trimmed a voice memo on my iPhone, thinking I could reverse it back to the original state, but now when I wanted to do that, I realized I cannot reverse it back to the original state of recording. Is there anything I can do or is that option just not available on iPhones?

It sounds like you've trimmed a voice memo and want to revert it back.
There isn't a way to restore or revert a voice memo after it has been trimmed.
If you had deleted it, then it could be within the Recently Deleted folder. As mentioned here: Edit or delete a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone - Apple Support
