Error message 1034 on new iPhone

The voicemail settings are controlled by your carrier, so contact your carrier.

I had the same issue. Rebooted my phone and it brought up the screen to create a PIN and greeting for Voicemail.

Hold down the number 1, wait a sec, then listen to the prompts to make a new voice mail. do so, and the problem will be gone.

Troubleshooting process #1 go to settings - phone - live voicemail - turn off to get messages not delivered before.

While this may be true in general, this is 100% an apple issue. Both myself and my coworker have the same error and we have two different carriers.

That’s the easy answer. I have other problems related to this and my carrier AT&T, tech support is clueless about why many of my outages are happening … so an iPhone error message is really an Apple issue!

My Apple 12 voice mail keep spinning retrieving greeting , it is stuck on default will not move . Voice mail saying no messages received.

Set up my VM back in early December but it didn't take. Everyone who calls gets a message saying my VM has not been set up. Tried again this morning after updating my iphone 11 and got this error:

This operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.mobilphone error 1034.)

I really need my vm to screen out all the spam calls I keep getting!

I had to have my phone number changed due to threats and now my vioce mail is not working

I changed carriers a month or so ago and realized my voicemail didn’t come over. Now when I try to do set up it gives me this error message. Cannot connect Error 1034
