iPhone not enrolling on intune (Device not registered ) we can't register this device
Hi everyone
please assist with this issue ,when i try to enroll a IPhone to intune remote management ,it does Enroll fine but come with the error (your device is not registered) even if you click on check status it keeps coming with device registration failed
Make: iPhone 11 with iOS 13
what has been done to try and resolve this issue
-Un-enrolled the device from company portal
-Uninstalled the company portal
-Deleted the device on Azure
-Updated the device to the latest software update
-Did a factory reset 3x
-Re-enrolled the device to the Company portal
after doing the above steps the issue is still the same
is there anyone that can advise what is the next step to try and fix this ?
