"Unable to load photo" error on Photos for iPhone 12

Unable to load photo an error occurred while loading a high quality photo this being shown in iphone 12 (17.0.3) i have restarted my phone flight mode was turned on and off icloud sync is turned on and it happens only wide angle camera is used

whether my iphone got hacked ?
or is it a normal software glitch ?

according to all reviews this error happened in ios 14 im using the latest os

please help
