If I have my data off on my iPhone will my alarms still go off or does my data have to be on in order for my alarms to work

Yes the alarm goes off regardless, it's not affected by cellular on/off or airplane mode, but if you travel and change timezones it won't update the time

Old Alarm rings as notification despite being turned off After moving from a really old iPhone, I transferred all the data within it and made sure it's a 1:1 copy. But apparently, the transfer is a bit buggy due to the distance between the software version. One of the bugs is the alarms from the previous phone actually ring but only as a notification, even after I turned them all off in the clock app. Is there anything I can do aside from factory reset? That will be appreciated.

My alarm is not working I saved my alarms 3 years ago on iphone7, i lost my iphone 7 about 2 years ago. i have a new iphone now and it informed me exactly the time i set in iphone7, although in new phone i deleted all the alarms, it still bothered me every day
