2G mobile network is missing on Iphone 15 Pro/Max

I am in an annoying situation. My new Iphone 15 Pro Max doesn't allow me to select the network to 2G/3G. In our neighborhood in Germany there is a nature protected area, it is not allowed to build mobile network antennas. The closest carrier mast ist at 2km away and between it and I there is a dense forest. The best signal level is from a GSM CELL (-91dBm) the other cells (LTEs) are under 120dBm. But when I use the default settings (LTE/5G Auto) I don't receive all the SMSs from 2 step authentications most of the time. I tried the same thing but with a forced 2G setting on a Huawei 20 and it worked flawless. I believe because of the signal fluctuations the circuit switched fallback (CSFB) doesn't work properly. It's definitely a flaw of the Iphone + Service Provider. Do somebody know how to solve this problem (developer settings ?).

The network parameters on iPhones are set by the mobile network provider in a carrier settings update that the carrier downloads to the phone when you connect for the first time. Either yours is not up to date, or the carrier hasn’t included a fallback to 2G/3G in their carrier settings file. So the first step is to see if there is an update for carrier settings→Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. If there is no update, or an update does not fix it, contact the carrier’s tech support. You will probably have to ask to speak to a senior technician, as the “tier 1” support staff are not trained to deal with unusual problems.
