My AirPods Pro will not play music, but only answers calls
My AirPods Pro will not play music/ video. They r connected to my phone. I have reset them and forgot the device in settings- still will not work

In addition to those great steps, did you ensure the iPhone you're pairing them with is fully updated? Updates can help by installing bug fixes and include security updates too. After making sure you're updated on your iPhone, check the firmware version for your AirPods to make sure it's updated too: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support
