wi-fi keeps disconnecting

wi-fi keeps disconnecting since we bought this brand new iPhone 15 pro. we reset network settings on phone, restart router. happening only on mine, got 2 other members with iPhone 11 and 13, 2 members with iPad and they never had this issue.

This could be a manufacture issue, which you should ask for help from Apple. But there are few things you may want to look into.


  • Try restarting your phone
  • Make sure that your router does not block your phone from access to the network
  • Turn off any vpn, proxy, restoring your phone settings to default
  • Some accessories may interfere with the wifi connection
