We are other end users like you, not Apple, with no special knowledge of any unpublished contact methods. Apple no longer maintains an electronic way to report issues—good or bad—regarding sales, service, or support functions.
What is left is a phone call—bad idea— or a proper business letter—good—to Apple HQ. Phone calls get lost. misrouted, or forgotten. A business letter can become part of an employee's personnel record, available as "evidence" at time of performance reviews.
I ran the customer support function for a manufacturer in another industry for a decade and FAR preferred the business letter. It gave me time to review the complaint and fact-check before confronting an employee regarding their actions or inactions.
