Can I restore iPhone backup to iPad to transfer Home Screen folder structure?

It may not be an exact replica of the folders due to app compatibility on the devices.

• Voice Memos
• Apps that aren’t compatible with the device that you’re setting up. (For example, apps compatible only with iPad won't be transferred to your iPhone.)"
