Apple Wallet for iPhonePro Max 15

I am an iPhone 15 Pro Max user, and I'm using the original iPhone 15 Pro Max FineWoven Case. In addition to this, I purchased an Apple Wallet, and when I attach it to the back of my case, I only hear a "ding" sound on my phone, and a pale gray screen appears and disappears within a square. When I press the "+" button in the Find My app, it still can't locate it. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Could it be that the Apple Wallet I bought from the Apple Store online is defective?

I already made it bur this is not solution. The apple support called me today and they made all the tests and there isn’t any problem on my phone or wallet. The problem is they told me could be iPhone 15 Pro Max software problem can be fix with new updates :) So, i am waiting new updates from Apple 😂
