homepod mini keeps disconnecting

Hi, I bought an apple home pod mini for my office. I set it up as for intructions using Home app in my. iPhone and it started working. But when I go back to work in the morning the pod is disconnected and Siri says "am having trouble connecting to the internet". Every single day I have to reset it and re-install it. That is incredibly annoying! Any advices before I am sending it back to Apple store.

I did all those steps. The question is : why I need to reset it every day?
