Links to Facebook stories won’t open in Safari

i am not on Facebook so wonder if it’s something to do with that but although I can’t open the link in Safari, I can read the same story if I Google it. Have asked the sender and or other people in the WhatsApp group if there is a problem with the URL but others can read the story directly via the link.

Anyone got any idea how to sort this?
