Videos for days won’t play on Apple TV. Have x5 restarted and reinstated so. No success.All other streaming services play, as usual.

No amount of restarting or reinstalling AP work.

You've completed some great steps to get the Apple TV app working as expected. At this time, we suggest that if you have a software update available for your Apple TV to compete it. Doing so may help to correct this behavior:


  1. "Open Settings  on Apple TV. 
  2. Go to System > Software Updates and select Update Software. 
  3. If an update is available, a message appears.
  4. Select Download and Install to start downloading. 
  5. During the update process, don’t disconnect your Apple TV. The status light may flash slowly during the update process.
