Error "No Videos" when clicking on Apple TV app

Hello All, please can someone tell me how to sort out my Apple TV issues? When I click the link all I see is No Videos, your videos will appear here and to the top left I see Library. There is no option to move beyond this page.

The TV app on iPhone or iPad needs internet access, to show anything other than the local library.

  • Through Wi-Fi, the TV app should have regular internet access.
  • On cellular, the TV app would need extra permission to use cellular data. Settings﹥Cellular﹥[scroll down to apps list] TV app﹥
