lost photos when I installed sonoma

After installing Sonoma OS 14.0, virtually every photo I have taken and photo album I created for the past ONE YEAR has disappeared from Photos , except, weirdly, for a handful of scattered photos from this time. Basically, every photo and video I've taken from Oct 2022 to present is missing.

How to check WHICH photo gets Photos stuck? Photos gets stuck in the "Gathering Favorites/Analyzing Scenes/Detecting Duplicates". In my case, it's been stuck since 2018 at least, probably much longer. I tried changing disks, exporting all files to a new library, a new mac, nothing works. So I know that there is at least one file where photos gets stuck. Other solutions here (from years ago) point to the same thing. But this library has half a million pictures, and I won't search one by one. I tried, and failed. What I want it to know where in the logs can I find information about this and how on sonoma to properly filter and activate this log.

Trips not Appearing in Photos App but on iPhone No Trips appearing in Photos on my Mac Book although they do appear on my iPhone I am running 15.3.1 (24D70) and photos Version 10.0 (741.0.130) Under collections I can see Days, People and Pets, and Memories but Trips say the photos will show when I add more photos to the library or sync with iCloud. I have 41,000 photos synced with iCloud, taken on a great number of trips over a number of years. I also have no groups under people yet have dozens of people.

(I'm not certain what might have happened, but someone in the Photos Community may have the secret sauce).
