Where is English (Canada) on iOS? And what is the difference between English and English (US)?

So, I am a Canadian iPhone user and I would like the choice to have my display language set to “English (Canada)” on iOS.

But on the latest version of iOS, I can’t find that option. On the other hand, I found “English” and “English (US)”, but when I tried setting my phone to “English”, it was no different from the American edition.

What I mean is that the display language does not follow Canadian conventions. The keyboard at least does. For example, in settings, it’ll say “Center” instead of “Centre”.

That's because Apple has not yet provided that localization -- so far only for UK and Australian.
