We want to recommend that you make sure you are signed in to your Apple ID on your Apple TV. You'll also want to make sure it's the same Apple ID that you used to subscribe to Apple TV+. Here is how you can double check: Sign in with your Apple ID

Sign in on Apple TV

1. To open Control Center, press and hold the TV button  on the Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote.

2. Select Add User and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you use two-factor authentication on an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation), you might need to enter a verification code with your password. Learn how to get a verification code on your trusted device or sent to your trusted phone number.
