How to fix dead/stuck pixels?

Hi. I’m not sure if these are dead or stuck pixels. Is there any way to fix this without replacing the whole screen? I have an iPad Pro 16.6. Not sure how this came about just noticed it now. Would appreciate any help. Thank you!

The only remedy for dead or stick LCD pixels is screen replacement.

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:
