iPhone 13 Pro Max configuration settings

My iPhone 13 Pro Max was in my understanding used with some sort of iboot composite device by my nephew that somehow turned my iPhone into an android device…

(I’m still trying to get my head around this too?) my phone number and email address were put into some sort of fam jam website that sold my identity on the black market. I was waking up with new apps on my phone, different screen savers and different settings every day. There were weird photos and videos showing up in my gallery that let me see screen recordings of things I was actually doing on my phone the day before. (Etc: me making a new Microsoft account including the password I used to create it??) I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and managed to screen share everything I was finding with a senior supervisor from apple who advised me to go straight to the federal police because he had never seen anything like it before either.

I am required to attend court next week for the trial of the matter in which the person has pleaded not guilty. I still have the phone which can somehow Connect to and control any other device around it via the network and Bluetooth connections. I’m pretty sure I know exactly who is controlling the phone (which is turned off and hidden in a remote location) because they aren’t actually stealing anything from me which they could easily do because they know my passwords and account details etc all they are doing is simply tormenting me by freezing my after pay accounts and getting my Snapchat account permanently locked and petty things like that. I tried get my photos and videos off the device and put onto a Mac password via a new MacBook Pro and whatever it is jumped into the laptop and it was put into recovery mode. Apple had to replace the entire motherboard and even tried to help me get my photos onto the Mac passport using a laptop in the Apple Store which was unsuccessful and shut down all the power in the store for over 30mins… I managed to get my data from the phone with the help of a friend that is an IT expert in networking. He isn’t trained in cybersecurity however and beige is an IT specialist at a big bank, didn’t want to risk losing his job by playing around with hacked phone and diving into the dark and deep web in order to track down the origin of whatever this thing is. Does anyone have any knowledge about this kind of thing that they can share advice about? Or has anyone ever heard of this kind of things before? I felt like I was going mad… ( looking back now I even sounded crazy when I was trying to tell people the phone was listening to our conversations and so forth.)

turns out I wasn’t crazy or losing my mind and this was actually happening.

any advice on what this thing is or how to get proof on who is controlling it remotely would be of great help when I face court in regards to this matter.
