Apple Watch battery drain

Ever since 10.0 downloaded to my series 7 watch it is running down after about 10 hours. Does anyone know the problem. It’s running with the new 15 pro max phone.

Apple Watch Battery Drain I have read of battery drain problems when IPhone is running IOS 13. I am having the problem with IPhone running 12.4 The watch is 5.3. Random days, the watch battery runs out after 6-8 hrs. Other times it is fine. I have restarted it, but it still occurs.
