All the WiFi network options are locked on my iPhone 14 Pro Max

In settings go to WiFi go to edit 3 networks show up they are all locked what are they doing in my iPhone 14 Pro Max apple says they can’t help me remove them Verizon says it isn’t them my settings keep getting adjusted my service keeps crashing and nobody can seem to tell me anything

You probably have some profiles installed that added the Verizon networks and possibly the other one.

Apple is right. They are NOT in your iPhone either. Your phone constantly scans for Wifi networks. All your phone is showing is you networks that you could connect to IF you have the password to join a network. When your neighbors look on their cell phone, they will see your network, which they can't access (unless you don't use a password on your network, which you most definitely should). That doesn't mean your network is actually connected to their phone. They can simply see it. This is completely normal and expected behavior.
