Hello Irene5125,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. We noticed that you're already coming from the following resource here: If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
The resource does state:
If you can't remember your Apple ID, try to sign in with an email address or phone number that you regularly use for Apple services.
Other ways to find your Apple ID
* Check if you're signed in to the App Store, FaceTime, or Messages on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or check if you're signed in to iTunes for Windows on a PC.
* Go to iCloud.com or appleid.apple.com and see if your Apple ID prefills on the sign-in screen.
* If you're part of a Family Sharing group, you can ask a family member to check their Family Sharing settings for your Apple
ID.
If you've used multiple emails in the past, you might need to test each one to see if one of those emails are your Apple ID. There isn't any other security option to recover a forgotten Apple ID. Once you do find your Apple ID, you can try to reset your password: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Take care.
