Overheating and Liquid in me cables

I have the iPhone 14 pro and after updating to IOS 15. My troubles began. Getting these messages every now and then.

Charging on Hold, until temperature returns to normal.

Charging not Available, Liquid detected in the Lightning cable.

Never got these messages when I had IOS 14. Now running IOS 15.3 and the overheating issue went away except it came back again yesterday once. My iPhone is not overheating. And it's not in contact with sunlight to make it warmer. Its fall season, and the inside vehicle is very cool.

Also I am getting, Liquid detected in Lightning cable, messages. There is not liquid in the vehicle. Or cable. Getting this message in my Jeep Wrangler and Ford Bronco in a very dry environment.

It's obvious Apple is writing BAD SOFTWARE. We are the guinea pigs. Any ideas why all this started happening after updating to IOS 15?

It sounds like you may have a bad sensor issue, make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.

PS. It telling you, you have liquid in your connector, IE. the port on your phone, not in the cable.
