Downloading apps suddenly very, very slow. Rebooting no help. My laptop has no trouble on the wi-fi, but iphone does. Iphone uses 5Ge and works just fine on other things. Gmail fine. You Tube TV totally normal. I deleted the Washington Post app and it is taking forever to re-load it. Same with New York Times. Instagram just said "No Internet connection" and then "Couldn't refresh feed" all while live You Tube TV is on screen in the corner. ???

Sorry, false alarm. On a trip I exceeded my allowable data limit with AT&T. Instead of just telling me or asking for more money, they silently SLOWED my service severely, to the point where I suspected my phone was broken or their service was interrupted. After a 30 minute call this morning the truth emerged, followed by a pitch to get me to upgrade my plan (at considerable expense). Since I almost never exceed my limit, 9GB X2, I deferred. It resets in 3 days so I'll just stick to Wifi until then. Sorry for the false alarm.

Try and force quit (swiping up) the apps and try again
