I’ve had my 15 pro for 3 weeks. First thing it wouldn’t charge without being reset after it was 2 weeks old, then the screen went black and I couldn’t get it fixed without doing a hard reset. Are these issues that will be resolved with updates or did I just get a trash phone?

I have a 'new' iphone 15 pro max with the same issue. It only happens when I charge overnight. In the morning the screen is blank and I have to do a hard reset. It doesn't happen every time but it happens enough to be annoying. I did open a case with support and they found no issues, I then went to Genius Bar and I got the same response nothing wrong with the hardware so it must be a software issue and I have to wait for Apple to fix it. I am running 17.5.1.
