Changing regions
Will I lose my apps or app data if I change regions? Or do I lose something else

If you're referring to the region in Settings, no, but should back your data up anyway.
If you're referring to the region in the iTunes Store, you may not be able to redownload your content in the new country's store, or for music and video files, may be charged for that.
