Salve, ho installato stampante hp envy 6020e, sono in possesso di un MacBook Air m2 15 pollici, nella finestra di dialogo stampa non mi compare l'opzione colori. Come posso risolvere? Che tipo di problema può essere? Parte del computer o della stampante? Grazie se qualcuno mi aiuti.

This seems related to the HP printer. If there's no color option, it may be that the printer software/hardware is too old (OBSOLETE) or maybe MacOS does not fully support your printer software.

Sembra correlato alla stampante HP. Se non è disponibile alcuna opzione relativa al colore, è possibile che il software/hardware della stampante sia troppo vecchio (OBSOLETO) o che MacOS non supporti completamente il software della stampante.
Fare riferimento alla home page HP, accessibile tramite MacBook> stampanti e scanner.

Thanks for the answer it was very useful and sorry for the question in Italian but I'm new I didn't know. But the same printer software on a MacBook Air 2017 appears to me in the dialog box the color option. Keep in mind that being AirPrint I can print in color but only with hp software, but I would also like the option itself in the MacBook Air m2 15 inch; now you regret that it is a driver problem and ask for assistance from hp?
