iPhone 15 Pro Max cellular service issues

New iphone 15 pro max no service showing had this on the 13 pro max same problem had to get a new one not Tryna get a second 15 again unnecessary hassle

I have the same problem. LTE icon is visible but internet doesn't work. And nothing to help!

I’ve been having the same issue with my iPhone 15 pro. Super expensive phone that isn’t great at its most basic feature.

Didnt work for us. Tried it multiple times, with both 15 Pro Max's. Same thing.

Resetting does not fix the problem.

Only Solution is to go to service center and complain. Apple won't listen to you over this forum. A Mass service center visit is the only solution. Lets Apple hear us out

Maybe u should seek someone who is well known on mobiles and diagnose to it. I'm sure the first thing u would do is to clear or close all the unnecessary apps that is running while not using.

We tried that on both of our 15's.

Did not help.

Still the same problem.

I did all of this and am still having issues. In fact, it made my data speeds even slower, but I think it is my carrier (Boost Infinite). I am stuck until they improve their coverage for me.

My husband and I an are both having the same problem. Upgraded from a 12 and now having service issues. Wish we never would have upgraded! Apple needs to address this.

I have the same issue with my iPhone 15 pro. If I do a soft reset, the cell signal comes straight back

Has anyone tried with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned off? Does it help for you?
