Getting same issue with 15 pro max 256gb UAE variant.

Signal strength is weak other friends having 14 pro max getting full signals with same carrier & same location also sometimes its shows no service/no sim card in iphone 15 pro max (Then I have to eject the sim tray and putted it back for getting sim deduction back).

First time ever bought iPhone but feeling that I made a mistake to spent huge amount of money for getting low signal and no sim card issue pathetic.

I have the same issues it is maddening. Phone is showing 5g with good reception but connection just stops working completely. I was in a strange city last werk and got exasperated. No google maps nothing. This needs to be foxed asap. I was just outside wanted to look something up, nope phone wasn’t having it (normally 5g connection is excellent here) I had to move back to my house for WiFi

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about your connectivity issues with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Here are a few quick tips:

  1. Check Network Coverage: Make sure you're in an area with good signal coverage.
  2. Update Carrier Settings: Ensure your carrier settings are up to date in Settings > General > About.
  3. Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn it on for 10-15 seconds and then off to reset the connection.
  4. Software Updates: Check for and install any available software updates.
  5. Contact Carrier: If issues persist, reach out to your carrier for assistance.
  6. Apple Support: Consider contacting Apple Support or visiting an Apple Store for further help.

Hopefully, one of these steps resolves the problem. If not, reaching out to your carrier or Apple Support should provide additional support. Good luck!

Not happy with my iPhone 15 Pro max reception problem! My 13 pro max was great. I now can’t talk in a lot of areas that I could before . I went from having full bars at home and sometimes 5g in the rural area that I live to having one bar most of the time. There’s a tower no more than 300 yards away! Not happy!!!!!

The new eSIM for me appears to have helped. I was able to stream audio over cellular on a walking path that normally would have frequent drops of audio on the same app. I fired off a call in a known trouble-spot and it went through and held (the holding part being a major problem before the eSIM update).

I know others have said this did not help them but given that I appear to have better results, I think it's at least worth the exercise on Verizon. I will report back after more call activity.

Im having issues as well. iPhone 15 Pro Max Hardly holds a 5G when my iPhone 13 Pro Max kept a signal. 5GUW is sporadic and can’t get anything except LTE the majority of the time.

Im with Verizon. Never had issues before this. I’ve contacted both apple and VZW. Apples advice was to reset iPhone from my make to see if IOS is corrupt. My Mac is older and it would have taken forever to complete. VZW changed my plan and still can’t get a good connection.

My 14 day return is up. I plan to go to Best Buy Saturday to see if they can run a diagnostic.

This has truly made me nutty. I live near a 5g tower and right now I only have LTE AND 2 bars.

I do have a free 90 day eSIM from T-Mobile. There’s been zero issue connecting to 5Guc. Guess I could switch, but I worry about coverage and data breaches.

🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I have just received 2 x iPhone 15 on Three Network in Ireland, we previously had iPhone 11 on same network, were persuaded to upgrade for a better signal. We are in poor network area so was told 5G access for better reception. Obviously had to sign a new plan. We are in the same base location. We are using the same SIM cards. However, ALL incoming calls on the new phones drop on answering. We inserted and activated the new SIM cards that came with the phones. Three have removed 5G access to iPhone15, no change. We have disabled Wifi access. No Change. No change. We did Apple Support Apple Diagnostics who say all is 100% with the new phones. We have a 3rd phone (iPhone 11) on the same network (three) but on a different plan. It works fine. We inserted the new SIM cards into the iPhone 11 but same issue occurred, calls drop on receipt. I have a small business with 3 iPhones on Three Network in Ireland. I cannot receive calls on 2 of the phones. I've spent 5 hours this morning trying to get this issue fixed. Apple say all is grand and Three Network say they've raised a ticket but it can take 3-5 working days!!!! . . . Ipsos MRBI need to ring me today polling about mobile network services . . . but they can't cos' I can't answer their call ! WTF. I'm losing business and I'm very, very frustrated with my Three Network Business account.

Any resolution anyone has found on this? I too switched from a 13pro to the 15pro, and have had continuous drops of service (Verizon) where my phone will just drop all signal and end up with SOS for signal strength. Having to reset my phone regularly, as well as wait for pages to load, or re-send Imessages is getting infuriating

I changed from iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15. The same signal I used to have signal bars with fast internet and uninterrupted calls now can’t even load a web page.

the bars are still showing a signal. My new iPhone doesn’t care though.

it’s been an issue now for a week and a half. Now on top of all that - yesterday, I accidentally deleted my eSim. It wasn’t working anyway but still this problem Kees getting worse. And Physical SIM card totally no longer works at all. SOS now, hopeless.

contacted Optus. -On the chat everyday trying to fix it with them. Awful. I don’t have a phone number that works now. They have to send me the eSim of my original number (QR Code) out in the snail post, 5 working days.

Oh my Gawsh. What a disaster. When I reinstall the original eSim will this no working signal mystery be solved?? I had 3 or 4 bars at times just not working to load internet. I walked for 4 km in western Sydney and no change on multiple days. It was this very issue.

is this an eSim problem? And Apple iPhone 15 problem? Optus?

what’s going on? The people at the Optus were awful. They wouldn’t even let me cancel my plan. somehow I’m waiting on the QR code in the post.

I hope when I reinstall the original number and eSim I get some signal to open internet.

so much for a new iPhone 15. I bought it outright. I’m stuck in hospital.

so disappointed.

awful awful one and a half weeks .. this forum is the closest to what I’m going through. It’s actually pretty exact.

hope apple fixes it in new update.
